Web and Communication Setup
Please follow instructions below to set up our web-based communication for the year. This is required. If you are new to BHS and can not access an account using the following instructions, let Mr. Grande know immediately.
STEP 1: Access your BHS Google account: Your email is:
STEP 2: Set up Google Drive for this class: Login to your PSBMA Drive, where you'll organize ALL classwork.

- Two digit year of graduation + last name + first initial + @psbma.org [ ex. [email protected] ]
STEP 2: Set up Google Drive for this class: Login to your PSBMA Drive, where you'll organize ALL classwork.
- Click "+NEW" (left side of screen) and select "Folder.”
- Name it "First name + Last name + block + world" (Example: "Jonah Hanson A World") — you must name your folder this way.
- Click and open it, then select "+NEW" again to make a subfolder inside your main folder. Create individual subfolders for each unit. See below for list of folder names.
- Share the main folder with [email protected]. Be sure it says “can edit.”

Canvas and homework: You will submit all homework as Google Docs on Canvas. I won't accept homework any other way! Please inform Mr. Grande if you do not have reliable access to the internet or other concerns. Do NOT search Google for "CANVAS". You need to use "brookline.instructure.com"). If you need help using Canvas and connecting your Google drive, let Mr. Grande know.
